  • I was quite surprised by how rude the staff is at this location inside Miracle Mile. I've had great experiences at most other JJ locations. They don't greet you, don't say thank you and then slam the drink on the counter when they are done. An extra cup cost $0.27 and they won't split it for you even after paying the fee. 2 drinks will cost about $15, not complaining about price so much since this is on the strip but they need to step up their customer service. Everyone seems to hate working there
