Tried supporting my local business and never got the product I ordered. Adam was very nice to deal with but when you don't get something you paid for a comforting salutation and email can only go so far.
** Update to original review - Adam made sure the refund was processed immediately. It has been received in full. Bumped from 1 to 3 stars. Unfortunately a vendor they are forced to deal with can be unreliable - it is no fault of their own **
Item was not listed as out of stock during purchase - yet was out of stock after they had my money. Awfully deceptive!
ETA for product came and went. When I reached out on 01/16/2017 was told it was shipped that day - to their credit they did agree to refund me the overnight shipping costs since it clearly was not being shipped overnight as promised - 17th came and went - no one responded to the two emails I sent on 01/17/2017 asking for the tracking information.
Was told shipped on 01/16/2017 (3 days after I should have received it because I paid for overnight shipping 01/12/2017 on an item that was listed as in stock) - one week after item was paid for and it still hasn't arrived.
Called customer service. They have no tracking information (but wait, you told me on 01/16/2017 it was being shipped that day) and can't get ahold of the vendor they use out of state. Rep told me "should" be able to refund the whole purchase amount but they have to wait for the vendor to answer their phones - at the time of my call ~945am PST they weren't answering.
