  • I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff, at first. They were always friendly but Stratton did not complete the job they were paid to do with the integrity and attention to detail that one would expect. They lost many items, handled the itemization of items terribly and many items had to be sent back to be cleaned again. VERY disappointing experience.
