rev:text	My son went here yesterday because of a cough and possibly strep throat. He was seen after sitting in the waiting room for hours and then given Augmentin for 10 days. When I spoke to him again today he sounded awful and even worse than yesterday. Apparently, the antibiotics made him very ill and that just added onto the illness he already has. I told him they should've probably given him a Z-Pack and he was just too sick to deal with any of it. I told him I would call and have them call in a RX for something else ( different antibiotic). I spoke to this urgent care 3 times before giving up. They told me they would call something else in, then when I didn't hear anything a few hours later, I called again and they gave me the run around 3 times. Finally, when I called again, they told me they won't call another antibiotic in, because there is another provider there today and it wasn't the same as yesterday. They told me he had to go in again and wait to be seen and then it would still be a charge for that. This was ridiculous, its not a narcotic and they should've prescribed a different drug to begin with!! He got sick from the med, just needed a different antibiotic and the way they handled it along with the point I had a difficult time with. Along with all of that, my son said his experience here wasn't good and that they were pushing him through like a number and he wasn't able to even talk to the people in the clinic. I recommend people STAY AWAY from this urgent care. There are many out there, go somewhere else where people know what they are doing.
