  • If you are a plus-size person - Nordstrom Rack Scottsdale is NOT the place for you. Walked around the whole store looking for designated section and finally asked... VERY CURT salesgirl said no plus sizes. When I asked if there was another NR in the area that maybe did have something, she indicated that "maybe Tempe would...". No offer to call and check, just stood there as if we were somehow bothering her. As a frequent shopper at various Nordstrom Rack stores - such a disappointment! They also do the "old" way of only putting one shoe out and you have to go ask for the mate. Also thought it was weird that clothes were arranged by designer rather than style. No wonder their registers weren't busy. Too bad NR Scottsdale - you had such potential. Ended up at Macy's Scottsdale Fashion Plaza where not only did I get a TON of clothes, but the sales help (Diane) was AMAZING!
