Worst customer service ever, I purchased over 100$ worth of items one of the pants didn't fit so I came into exchange them within two days, but since they didn't have the same exact color they wanted me to pay more and get a similar pair? So if you don't have the item to exchange them wouldn't you honor the 20$ pants that I can't wear? no they said they can't do anything about it and the "manager just stepped out" so I asked if she can call the manager and she did multiple times and finally she picked up and said no she has to pay the difference then? If there is a problem at your store wouldn't you come and handle he situation? Of course not because customer service isn't important.. I will never go back into this place total rip off and the manager janelle was 100% no help.
