Despite the mediocre rating I gave it I will probably return here as it's great value for money and has a good amount of variety, though not nearly as much as the Brampton location. Plus it's a nice place with great atmosphere (much nicer than the Brampton location in my opinion, but I guess it is a new restaurant after all).
However...
1) Many of the curries were lukewarm which is a big turn-off. I went for lunch around 1:30 on a weekday and it wasn't very busy so maybe that's why?
2) Many items seemed like they had been sitting out. There was barely any rice left, and since it wasn't busy, it had probably been sitting for a long while.
3) No shrimp to be found in the shrimp curry?
4) The naan is very thin and some parts are pretty crispy because of it. Personally I prefer naan soft and a bit thicker but that's just me.
5) A couple of the deep-fried options seemed like they hadn't been fried at a high enough temperature because they tasted very oily :S
6) The butter chicken was kind of tomato-soupy-tasting (and butter chicken is my favourite dish).
On a positive note, I really liked the rice pudding and the gulab jamun!
Because they are new they gave coupons with the bill, one for $5 off takeout and one for $4 worth of mocktails, which I thought was a neat finish to our lunch.
