  • When I went here I had the most horrible customer service experience ever, the consultant that helped me and my bridesmaids was a a con artist I found a dress I was totally happy and content with but she talked me out of that one and gave me every excuse why it did not look good.(It was a cheaper dress) and talked me into a more expensive one, that comes to find out had a defect in the way the dress was made the way it was made is the strap will not stay on your shoulder and it's got bear back no matter what body type you have it will not stay on it falls off your shoulders. She assured me that it would stay on when the right size came when the right size came I still had the same problem this Consultants name is Jenny if you go to David's Bridal make sure you do not get her. When I went back to complain about my dress they did let me exchange it because of the horrible experience I had I was happy with my second dress.. I definitely give Jenny the consultant one star if even that if you go to David's Bridal and they try to put you with the consultant Jenny if I was you I would refuse
