Horrible service. They ripped a pair of my pants and would not own up to it, so I then paid for them to send it out and get fixed. That was almost a month ago when I was quoted 1-2 weeks. I have gone in twice trying to see the status and nobody seems to know. I've asked to talk to the manager twice (the one who sent the item out in the first place) and I cannot even get in touch with her to get resolution.
I will definitely be using another cleaner, once I get my stuff back that is.....
