  • Very happy with carpets and tile. Called the owner, Bob, to get an estimate and make an appointment. Bob told me exactly what to expect. The technician, Scott, called me on the cleaning day with his ETA. Scott arrived, confirmed the estimate, and told me how he was going to proceed. He got right to work and thoroughly cleaned both our tile and carpet floor coverings. He even left us a few pairs of shoe covers while the floors dryed. I will definitely use Horizon Carpet Cleaning again.
