Well normally I'm not one to post a bad review but after this past Friday night I'm inclined to do differently. It was a busy night, a night with long lines and I understand that the employees on the serving line felt stressed and felt compelled to keep the line moving. This was my second trip and very likely my last one to this location but if you're an employee and feel comfortable being a jackass to people you don't know then continue to work here. The graphics for what the customer can choose are not very clear; however I don't fault that with the one location-- I mean the Chipotle corporation could use some design consultation on that but my issue lies with the employee on the line who obviously didn't care about what choices I needed to make and was more concerned with me getting through the line as rapidly as possible. He succeeded in ways beyond his expectations. I got through the line as rapidly as I could to his satisfaction, paid my bill, and got the hell out--never to return again. Damn shame because I like the food but not at the cost of being treated like crap by a 20 something punk.
