  • If there was a minus five stars, I would have clicked on it. This apartment complex is a mess! The front office staff does not know what they are doing and every time you call you get a different answer. Kat, the Assistant Manager, spends her time trying to find a date with any interested tenant and Kim Cooper likes to stalk her residents on their Instagram and Face Book accounts. (She can be found on social media) This complex was recently purchased and it is a mess. Hopefully improvements will be made soon because it is run down and smells like roaches when you walk into the elevator area. They will take advantage of people so watch your rental statements. Oh wait, you can't even get one without asking because they don't have online payments nor do they have a rent drop box! When you leave a rent check under the door on a Saturday and they do not deposit it until Tuesday, they will try to charge you fees until Tuesday and then say they are going to take it off. Just beware if you are crazy or desperate enough to rent here! There are much newer and nicer places to rent in Tempe that have more knowledgeable and friendly people working to serve their residents instead of harassing them. Not a great example of customer service by any means.
