  • Purchased a SW PGA card here it came with two discounted rounds, went to use one of the rounds and was refused. Apparently I missed the booking date and booked my round out 4 days in advance instead of 3, staff very inflexible and not accommodating. So I get a response fro McCormick Ranch that basically stated "sucks to be you" we will not allow our staff to do what is right for the customer. Funny thing here is one of our foursome has a PGA pro card (not on tour and does not play competitive golf, the staff was able to knock his fees down to just a cart fee. So maybe it is just the people that actually spend money here that the organization does not care about.
