  • I went here thinking I would see a DOCTOR. Instead, I was surprised with Amanda Gunn, who is a PA-C. I brought in my medication bottles to transfer those same prescriptions here to Arizona so it's not like she had to take my word for anything! She had the bottles right in front of her with dosages and everything! Sounds pretty simple, huh? Well...that was the end of June. It is now mid-way into August and my prescriptions still aren't correct. ALL SHE HAD TO DO WAS CALL IN THE PRESCRIPTIONS JUST AS THEY WERE with the exception of one - I advised the generic for Coreg made me sick and I didn't want it again. I tried it for a month. I didn't care for it. I even called them again to tell them I was still getting violently ill from that drug. The gal was young, snotty, claimed Amanda wasn't there and she'd have someone else call me that day.... no call. I stopped taking the generic because it's hard to work when you are always sick. I called again and again and again and FINALLY receive a call back 2 weeks later...This is their statement to me - "That's what you had before." You are correct.... but I also TOLD Amanda it makes me sick and I didn't want the generic. I was assured she would call in the name brand. I've made several trips to Walmart now including the first where the pharmacist informed me that they called in a combo drug for two of them in addition to them individually. WHY I don't know...I didn't show any bottle with a combination drug. So Walmart calls...I call....no return call. I call. I call. I call. I call. This is clearly a game to these young gals...It took over 2 weeks to get another return call. I'm now out of my prescriptions at that point and in need of more and I still am unable to pick them up because they are wrong, the combo drug is still on the record and the pharmacist won't fill them until PFMC calls them to straighten it out I say. Then I got "Amber" who assured me it would all be well just as soon as SHE called...but nope. The Valsartan was never called in STILL (I had to call from the Pharmacy and raise hell to even get Amber on the phone to call it in and then sit there and wait for it). The Coreg was not called in STILL prior to last week. Took more calls to get it. And I'm now on my FOURTH TRIP back to Walmart because those silly little "PA's" once again got creative. SHORT OF DRAWING PICTURES WITH STICK PEOPLE...how in God's name could I have made this any easier for them? I even wrote the Office Manager of this practice... and received absolutely no response. This is a perfect example of how and why lawsuits are born. So...CLEARLY....I am NOT a fan of this office, their practice, their "PA-s" and I would warn that you proceed with extreme caution if you have serious issues. Today, I finally advised Walmart to just transfer the meds from the Illinois store for dosage ACCURACIES because PFMC had called in 25mg of Coreg rather than 80mg from the first day's list. As for Amanda Gunn, who went on and on about all I had to do was leave her a message and she'd get right back with the same day.... I'm still waiting for your call, dear. Perhaps you are simply unaware of how badly your staff is damaging your reputation with their I don't give a crap attitudes.... Think I'll do up a trophy for this practice... MOST LIKELY TO KILL ONE OF THEIR PATIENTS WITH THEIR EXTREME INCOMPETENCE AND APATHY TOWARD ANOTHER HUMAN BEING'S MEDICAL NEEDS. I expected to see a DOCTOR. Not a bunch of young gals who don't take the medical industry seriously. Do the humans a favor - Please become vets. Then you can only be sued for the price of the dog when you've killed it. And for the record, I'm 54 and I now get what my grandmother meant when she said, "It's not that old people become cranky...we just become impervious to BULLS**T! We aren't going to listen to it, speak it or put up with it anymore!" I see the only good reviews involve an Erica. I can see why Erica ran off to Colorado. She was clearly too damn good for this practice. PROCEED WITH CAUTION especially if you have serious issues!
