  • As we entered the office, my partner and I were excited about our first step toward gaining an understanding about the fertility process. We expected the staff to be aware, at the very least, of the importance of their services, yet they seemed oblivious to their patients and incompetent as far as running an office. Disappointed is the understatement of the year.
