RUDE! I am on 4 websites that all state the price for a flight as one thing and when you go to book it hikes up the price. I nicely called a porter representative waited for 30 min to get the manager on the phone to ask why the price is showing up on 4 sites as the lower price - ONLY to be hung up on. He mumbled something that its not their issue it is the other websites YET - 4 websites show this lower price. I am VERY disappointed that they will not honor the lower price. It is upsetting that customer service has become so pathetic as to not honor what is posted online for prices on 4 site. It is clearly an issue on how quickly they PORTER update seat sales. I will not fly with them. This is un-acceptable in in 2016 to have these issues booking tickets. Good luck I will give another airline my money over the rudeness and disregard on a commuter flight of one hour and a half. AND you can't even complain on their site because you need a confirmation number. Like who set up your online functionality.
