  • I've posted an image and as I always write, a hotel is a hotel is a hotel. Then why the three stars, Kaya? This time we'll start with the bad news and then go to the positive. I am a Hilton Honor's member and they charged me $1 for a tiny bottle of water. Hey, I am not cheap = but c'mon! Room was freezing (Cleveland was super cold period)... So Kaya toggles with the ac thingy and realizing nothing was helping the matter I turned on the heat. Within three minutes it smelled as if the entire building was on fire and people were terrified and came running out their rooms in panic. NOTE: please contact your HVAC people. Otherwise, I saw something really cool. There was an uber super cool car in the lobby with various sexy race cars in the lot and a huge sign saying "fiire ball run"... In the parking lot there was an ambulance from Connecticut, a fishing mini van from MAINE... I found out it is an organization from around the country who travels around to find missing children... they have found 32 (!) missing children.,.. So interesting what you learn on the road. Next positive, JANET at the front desk was excellent. Prompt, courteous, great. Overall, it was ok - just the water and the heater took away the 4th star.
