  • By far the worst McDonald's I've been to. Both drive thru employees were rude. Food order was incorrect. Got home to speak with a manager, phone rings until a fax picks it up. Finally spoke to Chris who said he was a manager. He answered the phone "Yeah, how can I help you?" I hope he's not the manager but it would explain the rude employees. He is the leader and they are following his rudeness. I will never go to this McD's again. This place needs customer service training...badly!
