  • Simply the worst experience I've ever had at a rental car company. This branch is a franchise owned by very-recent immigrants who don't yet understand North American expectations for business integrity or customer service. The prices are low but so what if they ignore your reservation and give away your car!! Or that they keep you on hold forever. Have you ever seen a lower rating for a company? There's a reason, and I just lived it. Pass these guys by and book with someone else.
