  • Very, very deceptive pricing. And beware of their "complementary" family portrait sessions. We won a package from this studio at a charity auction. After the sitting and review of the pictures came the sticker shock. Although we had $800 of studio credit, that didn't cover a single package! The lowest price they initially offered was close to $2000 and the one we wanted was $5000. We did like the pictures and wanted them. We paid $500 for 2 5x7 pictures, a few wallets, and an "app" which we could see low res pictures. This is on top of the $400 we bid to win the $800 package. Obviously a huge rip off. We have since moved to working with a private photographer who takes great pictures, touched them up, and then gives us the disk. This allows us to print them anywhere we want. I would avoid this studio at all costs. At minimum, be very clear on what what the pricing will be and what digital rights, if any, you will have of the pictures. Buyer beware with this place!
