  • The service at this dealership is consistently slow and there is a major disconnect between the staff and their attempt to help their customers. I often wait for over 80 minutes to get an oil change. 80 minutes. Today, I brought my car in for an oil change and to get my tires balanced and rotated. Fast forward 90 mins later and my car wasn't even in their system or being worked on! A short apology with almost no accountability whatsoever. I am still waiting and it's been over two hours. Maybe they have time in their day to waste, but I am done with them and will never have my car serviced here again. Pathetic. Why have I come here in the past? Simply because I bought my car here, (after 3 painful visits and rounds of endless negotiations), and was promised a handful of free oil changes over the first few years. I should've trusted my initial instincts and walked away. I do not recommend this dealership, the staff or the customer service. By the way, its over 2.5 hours later and I still don't have my car!
