  • It was truly an all-around great experience. Mark came out, talked to us about what we wanted to do in remodeling our bathroom, took pictures and measurements, and had a reasonable estimate out to us within a couple weeks. His crew started the job on time, and they were all great. They all seemed very competant and friendly. Once the job was completed, we realized that as a result of our plans (not Mark's), our walk-in shower had a little overspray issue where our vanity was getting splashed. We called Mark who offered us a few different options and the cost of each. We decided to have a glass wall expanded a little, and then Mark told us that he was going to split the cost of that with us. How sweet is that? It truly was not Sunset's fault that our shower was spraying a little past our glass wall, so that was an added bonus that he offered to share the cost of our "tweaking" of the wall.
