  • I had such a poor customer service experience when I called to inquire about getting my car serviced here, that I didn't even bother setting an appointment. The technician named Ken who I spoke with was short-tempered with me, and obviously had no interest in answering my questions with any patience or respect. I will definitely not be taking my car here in the future.
