  • Unfairly overcharged!!!!! I booked their mani-pedi special $40. I had previously had snd powder on my hand nails. When the girl came to remove it she said it had to be done by machine, it was on my own nails, no tips. The older woman got upset and told me next time to when booking to tell them I'm doing a refill, because they only have 2-3 girl's that do this. My appt was at 2pm, after 2:15, at least 4 customers left and it quietened down. I told her I wanted it removed and not refilled. Once it was removed the girl asked, do u want regular polish or gel, I said I will have gel. I went to pay, I figured I would be charged the difference with the 40.00 Instead I got charged 35 for gel manicure and 25 for pedicure. They should have been clear abt everything. Not happy abt it. She said that's how it is and wouldn't budge.
