Great gym! I workout with Jay 3x a week and recommend him for anyone who is looking for a trainer. He's cautious of my previous injuries and takes care to plan workouts that strengthen those areas. He's very attentive and pays attention to form, which is great because moving a tiny bit can make a big difference. I'm getting stronger all the time!
Other than Jay, the gym is beautiful and very well maintained, always incredibly clean, well staffed and has great equipment.
