  • Frank is just not a standup guy. He told me he was charging for a $65 diagnostic and actually charged me $147. I was stunned. I asked him why he increased the amount and told him I didn't approve of any increases. I then asked him if he thought that was fair, and he responded, "You goddamn right I think it's fair." That in of itself says enough. It's unfortunate my $147 went to fund a bunch of crooks.
