  • I've known Eloff for quite some time. When it came time to buy my first home he was there for me to guide me through the process. This was all new to me and I knew that Eloff would look out for my best interests and find me the best deal possible. My offer was accepted on a property that was under market value and Eloff negotiated with the seller and they paid 5K towards my closing costs. This was a huge savings for me allowing me to get some work done on my new home. Eloff was there for all the inspections, appraisal and made sure my final numbers were correct at my signing. He really cares about his clients and I am very thankful to have used his services to buy my first home.
