  • A few weeks ago I went to go get shellac taken off and a bio gel set put on First of all I payed $65 for a terrible job And I didn't even get bio gel she put uv gel Everywhere for what I had done at MOST I would've payed $45 AT MOST The shellac color I wanted was apparently too opaque and I "would not like it" so they recommended another color similar but more solid and pink because they both were scattered around looking for the color I wanted and probably couldn't find it or they were out of it Instead of just telling me they didn't have it They went as far as telling me the color I chose was bad Excuse me last time I checked I'm paying 65$ for these nails which means if I wanted even the ugliest color you are going to paint it regardless of your opinion So basically refused to give me the color I wanted "no honnneey it won't look good" Whatever so I ask bio gel get uv gel The color I wanted I can't get The shapes were all wrong At this point I was too tired to stay and complain 2 days later my nails start breaking 1 by 1 NEVER EVER GOING HERE and I honestly like that they have late hours But if you're going too put your prices so high at least do a good job!
