  • Worst Towing Company Ever. Towed my Mercedes and broke the tie Rod. Kevin Diezer, the Manager, would not take any responsibility for the damage even though it was clear to anyone who inspected the vehicle that this damage was clearly caused by the towing of the vehicle. Companies make mistakes, and I can forgive them for it. The inability to take accountability for those mistakes is what separates good businesses from terrible ones. Randy Shipley (Owner) and Kevin Diezer (Manager) refused to address the issue that their company caused. This is shady business practice at best, and I would not have my vehicle towed by this company under any circumstances. Their 1 star yelp rating is too high.
