| - Shuttle ride from the terminal to the consolidated car rental facility was crowded but not uncomfortable, and the shuttle driver was helpful with our baggage. The rental counter was luckily not very crowded, so there wasn't much of a wait. The counterperson wasn't the friendliest, but service was quick.
Once we got to the lot, we showed our paperwork to the attendant, who looked at it and asked if we wanted a free upgrade to a Chevy Impala. We booked a full size, which was supposed to be a Toyota Camry or equivalent, and I initially thought the Impala would be a bigger car than I really wanted, but the guy said he had a whole row of them and he was just trying to get rid of them. I thought what the heck, and helped the guy out. For the next four days of our rental, the car was great. Clean, spacious, smooth, and comfortable. If I were in the market for a big car, I'd consider buying one based on our rental experience.
Returning was completely easy. Got to the garage, parked in the appropriate area, checked in with the attendant who came right to the car, and we were out of there.
