rev:text	Let me start off by saying all the employees are very unprofessional, from the front desk to the sale department. First issues I'll start with it is the front desk the young lady at the front clearly hates her job, she's doesn't smile, very rude, and will transfer to who ever she pleases. The sales department is only looking for a check. Told them my situation and why I looking for a new car and they said we will put you into one and that's what they did get down there to sign the papers then they say oh he seatbelt doesn't work we have to send it back to doge it was a recall.... waisted my time and still no apology. They find me a second car which they put me in for 3 weeks. Called me last night and told me to come down so we can finalize the deal and that they were going to lower my payments. I was so thankful and shocked! I get there and they don't know where my folder was, or the guy that spoke with me took them 35 mins to find my folder. Moved me from chair to chair didn't apologize! Gets my folder and then tell me the bank said no. You'd need a consigner or we can't finalized the deal. But yet I took the car off the lot had it for 3 weeks replaced the cheap tire they had on the car because it was shredding which Adrian said they will not pay for. And then lie to get me back there to take the car. I'm extremely overwhelmed, and upset on how they lied about evening and played like they didn't know who spoke to me and told me that false information. Now I'm back to square because this dealership is full of shit. Please be this dealership is garbage.
