rev:text	fornia666 3 reviews in the last week DO NOT USE THIS RENTAL PLACE! I booked my rental online, through a 3rd party site (priceline). I used my cc to pay abdbput my husband's name down as the driver. When we ariived to pick up our car, they said we had to pay an extra $11 per day if someone other than than the cc holder was driving. When we offered to use my husband's cc for payment, they refused. I showed them the printed receipt that had my husband down as the main driver. They denied it, told me that their system showed the info differently, and I should take it up with the 3rd party I booked it through. When we returned the car, after driving in Nevada, through some rain, they immediately told us they havevto charge us $50 to clean the car, since there was dirt in the wheel well. When we asked to take it over to the car wash, they said the undercarriage needed to be professionally cleaned, and the drive-thru car wash wouldn't suffice. We faught tooth and nail and they kept referring to our contract agreement. Meanwhile, they. Ouldnt provide us with the time in which the shuttle to the airport would arrive. We waited 45 mins for the shuttle and ended up late for our flight. Everyone in line, the morning we were dropping the car off, was standing there with some sort of complaint. Last, the car was filthy. The windows were streaky, it smelled like pot, the uphulstory was stained. I won't be surprised if they try to charge us for that. Customer service was terrible, rude and slow. I used this car place with hopes to save a buck and I ended up spending more than what I would have through using a reputable company. Save your money, save time by not having to use their shuttle service to s sketchy strip mall, 15 minutes away from the airport- and save your sanity by choosing ANYONE other than ACE aka:VERVE (yes, they have 2 company names). I called my cc company and put a stop to anything more ace/verve tries to charge me. They should be held accountable for fraud.
