  • By far the BEST meal we had all week in Vegas! The only disappointment is that we didn't go earlier in the week so we could've went back a 2nd time. First off, the customer service was phenomenal. My friend and I were wow'd by how all of the staff asked us if we needed help, offered suggestions, and overall super friendly. There was a 15 minute wait so they offered to show us to the patio in the back where we found a little oasis in the Fremont area of LV. A great fire bowl and chairs, not to mention a rooftop bar. We didn't mind the wait at all! After were we called to our seats were were happy to see that we could see into the open kitchen and watch the busy staff prepare beautiful plates. The manager checked on us throughout the evening knowing it was our first time to dine with them. I was very impressed when he noticed a family trying to take a photo on the patio. He ran out to the patio and took the family photo for them then back inside to greet guest. Top notch. The food did not disappoint at all. We decided to share a few plates so we could try out a few options. Our server suggested the chicken skins, devil's eggs, and baked brie with bacon jam. All three were spectacular. If you want something local, yummy, and off the beaten path take a short walk to Carson Kitchen. You will not be disappointed.
