What happened to customer services? We went there yesterday in hope to buying a guitar for my son. It wasn't busy at all. Went to the acoustic guitar section and started looking for a guitar. There was a employee there playing with one of them who never came to see if I needed any assistance. He was too busy jamming away in his own world. I then approach him and asking for advice. I guess I was interrupting his session. He got up, got one off the wall and handed me a guitar and basically said get this one without any reasons as to why this particular model. He then just left right away and went back to continue playing as if I was bothering him with his session. This is indeed poor customer service. I will now take all my businesses to Sam Ash instead. What a joke!
