rev:text	Swan was recommended by my midwife as someone with extensive knowledge in pediatric care for my infant daughter. So I assumed this would be as dreamy of an experience as I had had during my pregnancy and birth with my absolutely superb midwife. I'm honestly sad to say I had an awful experience and went home in tears. My husband and I felt that she was not only rude, snobby and unprofessional, but she attacked us as parents for not following her beliefs to a T. I also found it unfortunate that she wouldn't listen to our family medical history to find out that our daughter has a genetic predisposition to be very tiny (~15 relatives that were my daughters size at same age). She found her to be healthy, and on track or ahead on every other milestone... But began attacking us as negligent parents for her size. I truly never think any parent should go home feeling that way. It was awful. She may have been knowledgeable, but her way of talking to us negated this.
