  • Horrible customer service. These reviews have to be from friends or relatives. Had measurements for both tile and counter tops. I called several times and they never sent me an estimate, called, responded to any of my requests. Guy who answered told me it was their policy not to give estimates. I said than why did I have you come and do measurements? He said that they would contact me with a verbal estimate but nothing written. After three tries and 3 weeks I'm moving on to another company. What a absolute waste of my time. I started digging a little deeper into reviews and there are complaints in regards to installation quality too. Glad they didn't follow up.
