Pros:
- The view. Grab a window seat and enjoy the best view of Pittsburgh.
- Service. Like another reviewer, I had Angel for a server and he was great. Attentive, friendly, but didn't constantly bother you.
- Food. I got the goat cheese stuffed shrimp with prosciutto and it was one of the most amazing things I have ever eaten. It was one of those courses where you honestly sigh as you savor the first bite.
Cons:
- Bar. I was not very happy with my 7 and 7. However, the rest of my table enjoyed their drinks.
- Food. My entree was the "Cracked Pepper Filet - Lightly dusted in a trio of cracked seasoned peppercorn..." This was no light dusting. It was completely encrusted with pepper and it completely overpowered the flavor of the filet. Beyond that, they overcooked it. I asked for medium rare. It wasn't overcooked egregiously, but more than I'd like considering I'm paying $45 for it. It was a real thumb to the eye to see someone else at the table order a steak to be more done than mine, and hers was actually more rare. It wasn't bad by any means, but these aren't mistakes I'm willing to accept from a supposedly 5 star restaurant.
