  • I feel cooler just hanging out here! Gorgeous and amazing look to this place! There is an exquisite, gigantic mirror in there that I discussed stealing with my fellow Yelpers who were there with me. We went there after wondering around Sunnyslope's Second Saturday, which was a bit of a letdown. Bomberos was just what the doctor ordered! The patio was full, but there was available seating inside. The hostess actually told us we could pick the table we wanted! We picked the giant round table next to where they kept all the wine. This made for a fun time for our group of 5 Yelpers. I won't name names, but the super hot bartender kept coming over to get bottles of wine, and we amused ourselves by discussing him....sometimes including him in the discussion. He was a good sport about our harassment, and he was the best eye candy I've seen in a long time. mmmmmmm I cannot remember the names of the 2 wines I had, but I had both a white and a red, and they were both great. I also ordered the bruschetta. You get to choose three different kinds when you order it. I got the Warm Brie & Prosciutto with Dried Figs, Salami & Manchego with Pesto, and Warm Brie with Apples. By far my favorite was Warm Brie & Prosciutto with Dried Figs. I wanted to eat it every day and roll around in it! yummmm My only complaint was the bread used for the bruschetta was problematic. I like to be able to not look like a total spaz when I am eating, especially in public. The bruschetta had a crust that was impossible to chew. The bread in the middle was fine, but the outside made it hard to eat, and it flaked all over the place. I just could not eat this without peeling of the crust part and making a big mess. In conclusion, I love Bomberos and I cannot wait to go back and try more things, I just ask that they please get rid of the tough bruschetta bread please! I need to look cool in front of your hot bartender. ;)
