On Wednesday February 14th I contacted Safari Landscaping through Yelp to get an estimate for my front yard. I set up the appointment for Thursday February 15th.
The company was on time and after I explain what I wanted I gave him my email address and contact information and I was told I would have an estimate on February 16th which is a Saturday.
I got a text on Saturday February 17th that the meeting was cancelled with his boss and I would get an estimate on Monday for sure. On Monday February 17th after hearing nothing I texted at 1:11 p.m. asking about the quote I was told I would have it that evening
You're not receiving anything on Monday night I texted at 8:39 a.m. on Tuesday I was told he wrote down the wrong email address and after correcting it we emailed over some changes on Tuesday February 22nd and that he would talk to his boss later that night.
On Friday Frbuary 23 got another email saying that his boss did not look at it and we get back to me on the start date again after not hearing anything I texted over and Saturday 24th do we have a start date Yes we finally have start date
Was told we would have an email with specifics on Monday and after waiting and not hearing anything on Monday like text and was told sorry I had family over you will get it by tomorrow Tuesday so I basically what it ended up three days for the quote which I don't understand because you have all weekend to do it and nothing
Start delay after delay after delay we finally said forget it we are going with a different company which kind of sucks for them because we were paying cash up front .
