  • This was the worst customer service ever!!! AC went out in 119 degree heat. They said it would be 3 hours until they could come out. At the 2 hour 45 minute mark they called back and said that because we have never needed them in the past they were not willing to come out and help now. They waited 2 hours and 45 minutes to call us and tell us. By the time they called all the other places had closed. Don't waste your time asking them to come help. Completely disgusted with this customer service.
