Oh, smoothie king.....y'all need to get it together. I haven't been here in a long time because service was garbage.
I was the only person in line when I walked in. Girl at register promptly greeted me. Since it's been a while since I've visited SK I had some questions. She points at the menu and says "it says on the wall"...um , ok. There was one other girl finishing a smoothie ahead of me. I soon noticed about 5-6 people walk in behind me. That's when the girls didn't have it together.
The girl behind the register disappeared. The Smoothie maker became the register and I waited patiently. About 5 min later I paid for my drink. Still , no drink. Then she proceeded to make the drinks after mine. Hmm. What happened to my order?
Viola! I'm assuming who seemed to be the manager appeared. The girls appeared so lost. The manager quickly tried to figure out what was going on and said to me "Can I remake your smoothie, it just doesn't look right". Here were are 15 min later and still no smoothie.
I'm super patient but c'mon. Make drinks as they are ordered and keep it moving.
I simply did not want strawberries. Substitutions or deletions shouldn't entirely change the drink where it has to be made 3 times.
**update. I'm walking out at least 19 min after I walked in with makeshift smoothie. The manager was super apologetic and nice but geez.
