  • Last Friday the drive up ATM was not working. Not good right before a holiday and the closest bank to the entrance to the 101. Needed to get cash out of the ATM, so I went inside to the ATM near the door. All was ok there, a bit of a line, but in truth that was expected. What shocked me was there was no teller inside. I will admit I generally try to do everything through the ATM, but there was only a few personal bankers and no Tellers... Also, this location does not have the drive up Teller any longer. They park parks in those lanes to avoid confusion. With the lack of tellers, where is the personal touch? Not liking this at all. Bring back people! Machines are great and all, but people need jobs and many prefer the personal interaction.
