  • I was very disappointed with their customer service. The furniture delivery guys took out my old couch & i paid them to do this. they ripped up the outside wall of my apartment building trying to get my old couch out of the apartment. then they called their manager & the guy told them not to take my couch out. so i called the store & told them i wouldn't take delivery of the new couch so the manager of the store named Kobe told me that they would have their ins. people fix my wall. i told him that his stupid delivery guys wont take my couch away so why would i want to buy it? he told them to take the couch. 2 weeks later i still havent gotten a call back from the store or the "insurance" company. These people are scam artists and their couch is cheaply made. SMH!!!
