  • I have been going to this dealership, and its predecessor Phoenix Motors, for almost 20 years. Sadly, the customer service at Scottsdale has become seriously inferior to any other MB dealerships I have dealt with since my first MB in 1990. Service Advisor Steve Kwasny is condescending and uncaring. All he cares about is receiving a good rating when he deserves the worst rating. Evidently the Service Manager mirrors these traits. I am taking my car to Schumacher, and will never return to this dealership.
