  • I've been here several times for both pedi and mani. First and foremost, clean! Zen seems to understand Charlotte is chock full of salons and to stay in the game you've got to bring it! Offering beverages, clean environment, walk in service, tons of choices and nice workers. I would have given 5 stars except I agree w another yelper about offering suggestions for pedis for us "athletic abused" feet. I wouldn't consider it pressure sales (I'm sure someone would complain) but I would like to know the services for feet and what my feet personally would benefit.
