I'm giving this place 5 stars because of the people I dealt with while buying a new car -- Megan, Internet sales manager; Joe, customer service finance manager; the sales manager on duty at the time (don't remember his name), and the cashier at the parts desk.
If you want to buy a Nissan, save yourself a TON of headaches and time and just call or email Megan. I dealt with so many dealers before our purchase, but I would have been fine just going with the first person who called me about my online query, which was Megan. She and one other dealer were the only two who knew what they were talking about when it came to the vehicle's features. She was very straightforward but didn't feel the need to tell us how honest she was, unlike your typical salesperson. She is so busy but always finds the time to be available to answer questions and follow up.
Joe, the finance manager, was not annoying or at all pushy. The sales manager was a good guy, too.
