  • It was the end of lease for our VW and my husband and I needed to find a dealership to return the vehicle, since it was originally from out of province. When we arrived the leasing manager was condescending and rude, and tried to threaten us with repair costs and used completely inappropriate scare tactics to try and get us into another VW vehicle. End result: 1) We returned our car to another dealership that treated us with respect. 2) As a result of the awful experience we will never lease or own a VW ever again. We both look younger than our actual ages, and the salesperson probably thought he could pull the wool over our eyes. What he didn't know was that I am a physician, not that it matters because you should treat all people with respect, but I will tell all my colleagues to avoid this dealership at all costs.
