Came here yesterday for a pedicure and let's just say the pedicure was mediocre. First off, I felt so rushed to pick a color because the lady was hovering over me!!! Geez I felt like she was breathing down my damn neck and I had to make a quick decision. I don't like to be rushed, especially since they have a ton of color choices and I wanted to be able to look through them...anyways I upgraded my pedi and got paraffin wax. Anyways...I went home and literally 3 hours later I noticed the paint was so uneven and the paint started coming off on all the nails, slowly but surely! I come in the next day (today) and the owner Julie said "it looks like you wore toes closed shoes that's why you messed it up". Umm no, actually I didn't wear any closed toe shoes! I've been getting pedicures long enough to know you still need to be careful the whole day. Anyways, she said it was busy, which it was and to come back 4 hours later. I went back and some other nice lady did my nails.
As soon as I sat down she started staring at my nails and asked if I just had gotten a pedi. I said yes the day before and she just stares at my nails looks at her friend next to her and they start talking about my toes.
(Obviously idk what they're saying) So I asked her....what's wrong with my toes? And she said the other lady messed up because my nail was so uneven, she didn't even scrape off the other polish or get rid of any of my cuticles!!!
After she redid my pedi and cleaned up my nails and painted they looked great! The reason for the 2 stars and not 1 is because this lady realized that the other lady messed up my pedi and took it upon herself to fix it. The reason it didn't make it to 3 stars is because of the manager and lack of customer service. She clearly knew I was in the day before and wanted to try to blame me for the jacked up nails, instead of actually looking at my feet to see that her nail tech did a poor job!!
I won't be coming back because I feel rushed to get in and out, my original pedicure was horrible and I had to go out of my way to go back to get it corrected. Also, it's a pain they don't take tips on debit cards because I never carry cash.
