The management here is completely unprofessional. I was trying to book a company event but it was impossible to get ahold of anyone. After I eventually got through with someone, they allowed me to hold some dates as tentative, as we were still trying to figure out logistics on our end. When we finally decided on the date, I couldn't get ahold of anyone to confirm it. I emailed the listed email address and they hadn't gotten back to me, so I called and left multiple voicemails and finally someone from their corporate office (not Phoneix) called me back and told me the name and number of the manager at the Phoenix location. So I called the manager, Al, directly and left him multiple voicemails. Never heard anything back. Finally he answers one of my calls and books the date for me, which required the full payment, so I gave him my boss's personal credit card number and asked him to email me the receipt so I could reimburse her. After a few hours, he hadn't sent it to me. So I emailed Al directly and reminded him to get it to me by the end of the day. A few more hours goes by and still no receipt. So, I called him and left him a voicemail explaining how I needed the receipt so I could reimburse my boss ASAP. I have yet to see a receipt. This is absolutely ridiculous and completely unprofessional. This is all before we've even gone in to play the game. I am considering trying to cancel our reservation and get a refund but I can only imagine how painful that process would be.
