  • This is a very mixed review. I like most of the staff and they're friendly and helpful for the most part, but the one thing I can't stand is that the past four times I've been here, I made an appointment and had to wait anywhere from 30 minutes and upwards of 1 hour. What's the point of making appointments if I'm going to have to wait? As friendly as the staff might be, at no point in this long waiting period do they acknowledge that they still know I'm waiting and I can't help but feel maybe they forgot about me. What's more is that every time I go the doctor is so thorough that he's always behind... and that makes everyone waiting even more late. However on the flip side he is thorough, so he tries his best to understand your situation to better figure out your needs. Another reason why I'm feeling conflicted is that I still feel like the hard contacts I got are not completely working for me, but in all fairness, we tried over 3-4 times to get it right, but either there's something wrong with me eyes or the prescription is off. Most others don't seem to have any issues so maybe just not a good place for hard lenses? If you have plans to be somewhere after your appointment, make sure you give yourself more time to allow for delays with seeing the doctor.
